.synopsis for southern washington and northern oregon coast...
a low pressure moving onto the southern oregon coast will
produce gusty winds and increasing seas this evening and
wednesday. another weaker surface low pressure will drop down the
coast wednesday night and thursday. seas and winds should then
subside as pressure gradients relax.
