a cold front has reached the coast as of noon pst monday, with
westerly winds now in place over the coastal waters along with
scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms. a northwesterly
swell will bring elevated seas and a shift to southerly or
southwesterly winds on tuesday as low pressure moves through the
coastal waters. wave heights gradually decrease wednesday through
friday with winds generally staying under 20 kt.
