North Coast Retail Center
Work has begun on a new Costco site in Warrenton Oregon. The 75 acre site is located just across from Home Depot on Highway 101 and will share the same stop light. It will be called North Coast Retail Center. It will have a 154,000 sq. ft. Costco anchored center on 15.6 acres with co-anchor and out-parcel opportunities available. The current Costco store in Warrenton is one of the four smallest stores the company maintains.
